Emotions Matter will be launching its new pilot four session in-person BPD Peer Support group called "BPD Peers in Action" on Tuesdays during the month of March in New York City.

It will be facilitated by peers who are individuals with lived experience of BPD.  Each session will focus on a different principle for recovery, using peer stories and experiences to generate discussion.  Principles include trust, community, advocacy and purpose.

This is a peer to peer support group.  It does not take the place of treatment or accessing health care services for a BPD diagnosis, such as therapy, groups, or crisis services.

Pre-registration is required and is limited to 10 spaces. To register: https://goo.gl/forms/tNV9upv4vTC3sbv33
