About the Position
Emotions Matter is growing, and expanding to a new shared management model to expand our ability to serve the BPD community, build capacity, and transition our organization to the next phase of our growth. We recognize that the traditional Executive Director model often asks too much of one person, so we are dividing the role in an effort to prioritize diverse skill sets, foster collaboration, and work life-balance.
Emotions Matter seeks a new part-time Co-Executive Director for Strategic Growth and Operations to work alongside its founder and current Executive Director, Paula Tusiani-Eng, LMSW, M.Div., who will serve as part-time Co-Executive Director for Program Growth and Development.
The new Co-Executive Director for Strategic Growth and Operations will focus on Emotions Matter’s external growth, including operations, development, strategic partnerships, outreach and communications, while Paula will focus on the internal programmatic growth and management. This is an incredible opportunity for two talented leaders to mesh their unique skill sets together to push Emotions Matter’s excellence and help more people with BPD worldwide.
