Support Emotions Matter’s Mission

BPD is one of the most misunderstood mental health diagnoses out there. For the people living with it and the families who love them, that isolation is its own kind of pain. Emotions Matter exists to close that gap. Through free peer support groups, educational programs, and advocacy, we create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and less alone in their experience. None of it happens without people like you choosing to show up for this community.

Your gift today keeps those spaces open.

Why Your Support Matters

This group was life-changing. It was the first time I’ve felt a part of a community in a long time.

This community is my support, my rock, my foundation. It brought me hope when it seemed like there was none.

I’ve been alone in this for 35+ years and I finally feel heard.

Your support helps keep spaces like this accessible for people who need them most.
